my Problem ist that i cant connect to the game at home, not wich IE, Firefox and Chrome. everytime is the same error there.

From work it is possible to Play like usual. chash is deleted, logout lig in is done.

dont know what to do now.

i have 25 mbit/s down and 10mbit/s upload wich are constant.

i dont think this is the Problem.

could you try now the site has been updated 

if you still dont have access then contact support 

same Problem.

the interesting fact is that other games of plarium works propably.

Commander...Contact Support..tell them of your issue..but the fact that you can get on game from 1 computer and not another leads me to believe its a internet or a computer problem..but I don't know as I am not an IT guy,,so contact support...One thing tho ...try using the VPN Extension from your home computer..this extension has helped many and may help you

ho would you explain that other plarium games works fine with this account in my pc at home and soldiers not? very strange.

because of this fact it cant be flash or the internet connection or my account or a browser problem. must be something else.

here on forum we can only ask you to do basic troubleshooting :

1)clear cache and restart browser

2) try incognito mode 

3) try other browsers

I think i know now that is the Problem ...

the anti Virus Client  - bitdefender - blocks a Website. why i cant say exact. he thinks there is mailware in this game.

other palarium games works fine.

i have opened a support ticket by bitlocker, they also alrady answered me that they will check this problem and fix it in they database, IF it is realy a problem and not a realy a mailware in this game ;)

they neer about 3 days till they have the result
