not receiving reward packs

Several times now I have not received all the rewards packs


and just now  that challenge totally disappeared  without my being able to claim  them........Heck  regardless claiming them  I am not getting all of them. This has been days now.  


Best I can recall   most likely since the recent update  and it's not just Soldiers


And I spend the Diamonds Rubies what ever to do the 10 additional daily so that my team and myself get the full benefit from that event.


So.........If I am not getting what I actually pay for..........then why pay anything

I expect this problem to be resolved    or this Cash Cow   is out of here

I am having the same issues with not being able to claim my daily packs. Support has done nothing.

Completed Day 90 daily roll call.

Reward was claimed but not received.

The extra 150k in aviation showed briefly  in the Command HQ totals but on logging back in had disappeared.
The 60 Thunderheads never appeared in the bunker.

Never saw the diamonds drop either.

commander the rewards are added automatically 


if you cant see the diamonds earned or the units then you may have missed a day and you were set back to day 1

if that is not the case then contact support here they will look into it

that no longer is a issue here for anyone new no longer set back to day one for missing a day
