clear your cache and refresh the game if that does not help then try incognito mode
also try a different browser
if none of the above works then the issue is from your network i would recommend contacting your network provider or installing
the browsec VPN extension that will help

commander i had that issue myself
use chrome and install the extension if that does not help then contact support team
