Commander..Plarium is aware of this problem and have been working hard to prepare a fix...This has been a difficult little bug but it should be fixed with the next update hopefully..Please be patient just a little while longer..thank youGame is showing that I have messages when I don't and it is showing that I have a Contract update message on the Mic near the Top Left of the Screen and I don't. What is the deal and will you please fix this ASAP?!?!?!?

I have this problem aswell, any idea when it will ket fixed?Commander...We have a fix in place..If you are still experiencing issues ..try clearing/cleaning your browser/Cache..This will erase the old files with the new updated versions..If you continue with these issues even after that then Contact Support
I guess there is a fix on it's way, but I have the same problem but maybe worse, I can't read any reports!!! This includes Tactical !!! So I can't play the game at all !! I can't recon because I can't read the report, if anyone attacks me or my positions, I don't know who it is & I can be losing troops & not even know about it. they already tried fixing it but unfortunately the fix that was applied before failed so now they are back to develop another different fix

the best you can do is send just one and waitBeen waiting for 4 months and counting. Whether it is 3 or 1 tickets.... it's a complaint that the customer has initiated. Clearly I am not the only one voicing these very same concerns. Not to mention the alts that have ran amuck in this game in which I have seen hundreds of similar complaints and the stellar typical generic reply of "please submit a ticket."
To wash my concerns over with a reply of "remember sending 3 tickets is spamming support so you will get a very very late answer" is a typical hop scotch to wash over a true customer service issue. Do try to come up with something more intelligent than that-please!
So if you want to get smart with me then I have to say... If I ran my business with the customer support like the way yours operates then I would've closed my doors a long time ago.
I have ceased spending money on this game due to the severe lack of customer support and a serious lack of internal enforcement of game policies. Share that with the executives at Plarium if you dare. Perhaps someone higher over there still dares to satisfy a customer service issue?
