Fix the App or Prepare for Loss in Revenue
With the Announcement of Flash Ending 31 Dec 2020, we have been forced to start making use of the Plarium Play App, which is all good & well, if it worked correctly...
The following are issues that I have personally dealt with or from information collected from members.
1. Accounts do not show correctly. https://prnt.sc/v5qniy
2. Accounts duplicate. There are only 4 accounts loaded, where does the other 2 come from. https://prnt.sc/v5qniy
3. One day the App asks for passwords, while the next day it does not ask for anything. Make up your mind Plarium
4. Games keep running even after you have exited https://prnt.sc/v5qybx
5. We need an easier way to refresh the App. Clearing the Cache means we have to re-enter all our accounts.
6. Duplicate processes even after running a virus cleaner & malware removal program https://prnt.sc/v5qpxp
7. The allocated amount of 10 accounts does not work. When adding a new account, it removes the old one. Some people can't even load 2 accounts. Fix it
8. The App does not recognize E-mail accounts for verification. So must I contact Plarium support for every account that I own? What method do I use to contact Plarium regarding this? https://prnt.sc/v5qsp0
9. How can accounts, that have been in use for years, now suddenly become obsolete because Plarium does not recognize the E-mail accounts. What has changed? Why are accounts from Yahoo, Xandex, Live, etc. not recognized?
10. How will you compensate the alt accounts, where money was invested, that will no longer be viable due to your limited 10 account capacity on the app. You are literally forcing people to quit
Plarium please look at these issues
