I have been playing again for a long time, when I retake my base Mr. Black returns troops to my base. Those troops have already been received and I have erased the report although it still works as a reward in the operations.  Because of this I cannot create the UCAV platform. I cannot advance in the group achievements and on my base either. I need an answer on this.  Thank you very much.
