I have the same problem: despite having completed the Monthly Priority Mission in question, I did not receive the 3 sansons (strategic tanks) of the previous month (ended yesterday), but only 120 XP points.

I seem to recall that, in the previous month, the same thing happened:

- from August to September -----> (no sansons)

- from September to October ----> (no sansons)

Currently the new group of Monthly Priority Missions just released (October> November) shows me 3 sansons, so it seems fixed ... but I will let you know if this is the case, because I fear that they may disappear later or not be assigned to the completion of the mission ( when you click on "claim it").
