My Browser is up to date. My Computer is up to date. I've already cleared cache, restart the Browser, and STILL can't spend any base Parts. More than anything this looks like a SCAM to Force players to spend $$$ to speed up buildings or contracts, just so we can spend Base Parts again. This is happening on Firefox, Chrome, and Facebook Gameroom. Thanks for Wasting My Exp, Defense and Offense boosts too.
