why aren't any bonuses that defensive units receive from contracts, armory, etc. carried over when sent to combine HQ and MC's ?  The value that I thought I sent to my combine HQ was 284K less than what my COO's are telling me I have there.  They tell me that my total is always higher at my base than what I show from all of my def units in my bunker et all . why would a player spend resources to improve ones troops through contracts and other bonuses and then have them negated in this fashion. you need to make this right.
