You're sure you are still on the same server? You might want to check it: Click on the little globe in the game taskbar
Never experienced any missing items at the Black Market or disappearing engineers.

I make some refound in past and my items that i have in past was remain in game at black market ( was take back just was buy with money for refound) but at last refound ..was desepear 3 engenieers,and a lot of old items from black market that i have .like 20% off, 20% deff , manny executive activator almost i think 3-4 mounts , and anothers that i dont use daily) look at my picture that i have from one year ago ..with 4 engenieers..and now just one ,why ?
