I have tried to contact someone repeatedly but never any response. It started with small things like the game resetting for no reason which was aggravating and caused me some game problems having to wait for it to re-boot while I was in the middle of an operation. Now I have been removed from my combine and they had no idea why; they wondered why I left. Now my heros are all de-activated when I have been using them ever since they came out. These are only a few of the problems. I have lost a great deal due to all these so called glitches or whatever they are, no one will reply.......I spend money on this game and while it may not be thousands like some spend I have the right to have my problem fixed and compensated just like any other player. I am in need of diamonds and upgrade designs now but I will be danged if I spend another dime until you get me some results.

This now makes over 4 times I have asked support for help.
