The Black Market isn't available through ingame buttons either. I tested the Black Market button in the new Hero screen and it is forwarding us to a blanc screen.

The Black Market issue is real. I believe your testing skills have some bugs too.
Again 4hrs wasted of our precious time. If I need to revoke my payments, just tell me so. I like to have something valuable for my spend money on the unusable diamonds.
