Purchase of 7 Day Executive Activator does not credit the 1,000 Exec points to my total

Purchased Executive Activator for 7 days for 1,500 diamonds - there should be 1,000 exec points credited on the purchase.
However, none have been credited over the last few reloads of the game in my brower.
The Exec points before the purchase were 17,868 and has not increased by the 1,000 that it should with this purchase.
I made the purchase at 1551L (my local time) on 9/15/18.
I have purchased these Executive Activators for 7 days a number of times in the past, few months and never noticed if the 1,000 exec points were credited or not.
