I see that recently there were no bugs that could cause a described situation. 

Note that Diamonds for the rating in Solo Tournaments are added when you claim the reward. In the Clan Tournaments, the Diamonds are added automatically when the Tournament ends.  

By the way, if you miss a certain amount of Diamonds, check this article.

please, I'm not a newbie and I know very well how the game works.

I have not yet collected the rewards and this is the problem:

I reached position 45 out of 100 in the "general ranking" (not "personal ranking", which was composed only by approx 10 positions, I don't remember exactly)

I should have had 750 diamonds (+ various Drill Instructors and I do not remember what else).

but these rewards do not appear on the rewards screen.

I would like to withdraw the reward, so I invite you to come and check as soon as possible my account, because I am holding the reward pending just for you, so that you can verify that what I say is true!

Since you ignored me and considering that the tournament reward was pending for several days, I feared it could be canceled by the system and so I decided to withdraw the tournament reward, even though the tournament tab was bugged (like I showned you above, the diamonds I had obtained for the ranking position was NOT displayed on the "rewards tab"!).

After collecting the prize, I noticed that the diamonds (which were missing in the screen that I linked above) were correctly delivered to my account.

Also the Mr. Black's Message correctly reports, in the rewards list, the "750 diamonds" deriving from the ranking position I reached in this tournament.

So I invite you again to investigate this problem, since this is not the first time that such a thing happens to me!

I would also like to know if I lost diamonds in recently ended tournaments (due to this problem).

I would also like to know how long I can keep a reward not collected in the "Events" window.

Can I keep it not withdrawn indefinitely or is there a limit?

I have tested this feature and can confirm the ranking rewards are delivered correctly. The Diamonds are credited at the moment when you claim the reward.

This is what I verified myself after having claimed the reward (as explained in my previous message).
The problem I reported is another: why the 750 diamonds I obtained for the ranking position were not listed in this rewards tab (when tournament is ended):

Normally the prizes for the ranking position are listed at the top of the tab (as I tried to reproduce in the above link), but sometimes it happens to me - as you can see - that they are not displayed on the "reward tab"... and this I think is not normal....
That is the question.

You are alluding to the fact that if I do not collect the rewards obtained from completed tournaments, I can not participate in the new tournaments that will come? ... is this what did you mean?
Honestly, I do not seem to have had such a problem when I kept the tournament reward unclaimed for a few days.
Could you please be more clear about how long a reward can be left unclaimed (in Events tab) and the consequences (which you mentioned) about leaving the rewards unclaimed for a prolonged period?
And also: how many tournament rewards can be left unclaimed and can be accumulated in the "Events Tab", keeping them pending at the same time?

1. We need to reproduce this situation to report it to the devs. If you face the issue with the future events, please do not claim the reward, so that we could check the issue on your account.

2. You can have up to 15 tournaments in your Events list. When you reach this number of the events, the new tournament won't appear until you close the old ones.

1) is what I was doing... but I was ignored by Helga.... So I decided to withdraw the rewards, for fear of losing it!

In this old case, the reward shown to me was partial but when I claimed it, it was given to me in full.

The rewards for the solo events can there. If there are some rewards for the Combine events, they get automatically deleted at the moment when you abandon the combine.

As it has been mentioned, there is a limit to the number of active events. As soon as you reach the limit, new tournament won't start on your account - you will stay with the bunch of old tournaments. So, it's better to claim rewards after the event's end.

the problem that I reported concerns the fact that the tournament tab (when the torunament is just ended) does not show on it the prizes regarding the ranking reached (although, until now, I've always got the correct reward once I clicked "claim the reward" in the tournament tab).

Please re-read this topic well, to understand the nature of the problem ... I do not want to repeat myself.
