The game is lagging alot.

1. Yes, i clear cache and have the up to date windows etc, and flash is active and allowed.

When my big base is running alot of Raids and locations, the lag becomes very annoying. The game can hang about 3-4 seconds on a good day but when running multiple missions it can hang for up to 10 seconds which is quite disruptive.

I have heard almost every other player with a BIG base, saying the same thing.

Now i have also started a new small base ( lvl57), and surprisingly this does not hang at all. It runs very quickly with much less hang time. I am strongly of the opinion that since my experience in my very first base was very good, up until it became a huge big base, that the problem is that all the data required  for having such a huge base is resulting in these long hang times during raids and locations.

I have raised this issue with Soldiers Inc many many times.Without sounds harsh, plarium was valued at 500 million and that depends on the players base. If this pay to play game is or any game is to succeed, then it must justify players spending money to build their base as big as possible. The fatal flaw with plarium is that the bigger you  get the slower and slower the game runs until literally it becomes unplayable.

This is also reflected in Vikings which develops the same problem the bigger and more complex your base becomes the slower the game runs.

My soldiers inc big old base takes about 20 seconds to load up as it is so huge, while my newer smaller base takes only 3-4 seconds.

Plairum should address and fix this problem because there are more players leaving the game then joining and someone must have told lies to get 500 million when they cannot actually deliver a platform that can handle the bigger bases. Yes! This is borderline fraud.

Continuing to (irrationally)  blame the players computers etc.. is going to come back and bite. Essentially as plarium has not articulated anywhere specific recommended minimums, ideal settings ot anything where they can justifiably say it is the players fault. They never give a rational reponse that can be substantiated by documented recommended minimums or settings. My computer is quite powerful and can play any game on the market at the moment. So I say Plarium are GUILTY!  That is a flawed system that was sold for 500 million but cannot actually manage the high end base's that reach the top. So it's just a ruse in many ways to generate income from new unsuspecting players to join. Maybe its time to take this to Discord and warn people.

I have no expectations Plarium will ever get this resolved.

Hi, you are correct saying that the more simultaneous processes the game performs the slower it works. Each process is a communication between the game client and the game server and if there are hundreds of requests the game may slow down a bit. Please note that the request is not simply an action that you make on your account it is all processes that happen in your base. Our developers are constantly optimizing the game with every update trying to make the game as fast and as comfortable for high-level players with huge bases as possible. There are so many factors that influence the game performance apart from "slow servers".

Please record the time when your game starts lagging with the help of .HAR file and send it to me via support form. I will gladly analyze it for you and explain what can be causing issues. And, of course, if any performance issues with game servers will be spotted they will be reported and fixed.

Great. It depends on what browser you are using. For example, in Google Chrome it is just "Save as HAR with content".
