Onto that you can submit a support ticket to Plarium requesting that Marshall be removed due to inactivity and unanimous vote for another to take his place.
If your Marshall did not log in into the game for more than 3 weeks, you can submit a ticket to our Support Team: https://plarium-mobile-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and they will guide you through the process.
You will need to vote for a new Marshall. At least 50% of your Alliance members should support the new candidate. The results (screenshots of the vote) should be sent to our Support Team. Then they will assign a new Marshall.
I created an alliance Brothers Keep B/K. I appointed a Marshal before leaving to join another Alliance. I have recently rejoined B/K and the Marshal has not been active for 64 days. The Alliance has 13 members 5 active the rest inactive. Could I possibly be reinstated as the Marshal? Please advise, thank you.If you are the Alliance creator, please conatct our Support team and describe this situation. They will check this in our data base and try to find a solution :)
