Support staff very unhelpful
As per the title I have found the support staff for Plarium to be very unhelpful and insincere.
A couple examples being.
Some tickets remaining unanswered.
Answers that are exactly verbatim. Literally word for word.
Every ticket submitted IF it gets answered is closed. NEVER investigated.
Sometimes their answers if not a uncaring copy and paste company reply. Has an undercurrent of contempt and elitism for the person that submitted the ticket.
They have yet to be very "supportive"
