this has been reported - pls go to your settings then APPS then find the Soldiers inc app click on it and clear cache

this helped me out, let us know if it does or doesn't work fo you...

Yes, it actually helped. Thank you. But it is really annoying to redo it each time I have to go to world map so I hope your support team is actually working on it.

I agree, i guess we just have to trust our game providers and hope they fix the issue soon...

Yes I clear cache frequently throughout day on all apps and games. Doesn't fix problem and isn't the answer. Pre-updated game ran fine, so whatever happened is update related. COMPENSATION is expected!!!

This affected me as well, i have to fight to get in the map, and when ido i have to be quick

only thing i do find that helps a little bit it when it crashes i reset my phone too ( shut my phone tablet off then turn it back on )

funny thing if i use my phone i fine it locks up when going to the map but if i use my tablet i have no issues ..

just curious anyone else have the same problem??.

Hey. It does the same to me. It is very annoying. Everytime I try so send any resources or try to look at my map all the language turns to Russian. Then it freezes. I've done the clear cache. I do it before I even open the game. I tried deleting and reinstalling.  Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I've already spent money on game but refuse to spend more if y'all can't fix it. When I get attacked I want to be able to react quickly not have to spend 30 minutes trying to get on the map. I would end up losing troops and valuable time needed in these games. It's a war game not a tech game. This needs to be fixed ASAP if you want any more money from me.
