You can purchase direct base relocators from the store. 

1500 diamonds each in the 'items' section then 'misc'. Very expensive. 

The developers like to heavily gouge players to spend with little to no reward for spending. 

Making foriegners spend big. 

Would it be a good idea to allow gamers to purchase relocators so as goal low more movement in the game. Would this spoil the gameplay?

Hi, it annoys me that the Top 10 Allys have caught 95% of all mountains and so have the game sank slowly but surely ... the others can never level so and lose the fun!

The game is about strategy and your asking an year old aged question.  Most strategy games have been dominated by a few alliances or combines, or whatever definition the game calls the central locations.  

It appears then that the Top 10, have a strategy and diplomacy in place to keep them in the top 10.  Part of that may be supporting their push by financial means, however as a server I believe they pull smaller alliances in to their fold to keep them happy.  It would take a large push, but maybe the smaller alliances should come together to topple some of the larger alliances if that is part of what your strategy may be?

It would take a lot of work, but it's up to you what your strategy may entail in game.

there is no strategy that can against a Visa player, who does not mind spending thousands of euros per month, unless your alliance has another player of these, in which case you would be in the top 10
