Well firstly hi to all and eweryone, who can read this 

Didnt find anything simillar to my 'problem' so i'll try with new topic.

Recently i was regitrated to this Plarium play new platform due to easy acces etc. Till today i was playeing trought Google and then on downloaded app. 

To get to the point, when Plarium said get download and registry and you'll recive a BIG rewards for free, i did that and solving a minor problems i was downloading and registrated in no time, then i went to claim my free gift for doing the whole proces and it also went smooth, except one small thing, i newer reciwed my rewards!! 

I was clicked to claim for free, the time to do that was ok ewerything went ok till the end! 

My question is if i m haweing wright to reciwe the rewards when it should happen? 

If that happened where are my diamonds and units and all the rest?

If i made some mistakes during the whole proces of registration it was newer showed to me, and i want to make a note, now i m playeing soldiers with my new plarium play app with no problem!

Does someone else hawe this problem too?

now i 'll try to atach print sccreen with a few min ago situation with ammount of diamonds, and i 'll say that no purches or buying anything with diamond was doing in minetime!!
