i need help

Guys I cannot play any game due to the network problem. My network provider told me that the problem is in my router. But when i called Netgear Router Support USA, after checking my router they told me that problem is in the network. So what should I do now please tell me, guys?

Have you tried to check the game via another Internet provider?

Sorry to break in on this post but I couldn't start new topic - 404 Page not found.


Question:


I am an OO in a small combine.


I have been given full privileges but cannot see the Player stats tab in Joint Ops


Ideas?

A little more detail would help me try to help you, what stats are you trying to see, and when you say given full privileges can you explain what rank you are, and ensure the Marshall has given the right permissions to that rank?

I am an OO.


The Stats I am trying to see are the troop amounts for all members of our combine -  Defence, Offence, HQ, Recon, etc


Yes, The CEO has everything checked for privledges

Are you talking about the Mobile version of this game or the PC(facebook) version of the game?

Apologies.  I just hit the usual Community > Form link at top on my desktop and it sent me here.


Odd that it wouldn't pick that up

I'm flameontop in the game and I did one mission an now it's saying I don't do it and will not unlocked the next mission help me out please

Please submit a ticket to the support department regarding this issue. Please don't forget to specify the exact mission name so that they can faster assist you. In order to create a ticket, go to Settings -> Guide -> Support.

forgive me I'm new here and I don't know where to go to start a topic or how to start a topic which is what I'm trying to do?


I'm also trying to start the topic asking the question of how or where do you get KAEL?


I've searched the internet to no avail sounds like some people got to pick him when they started the game I didn't see that option other people saying you just have to buy a thousand shards and hope you get him?


Any help anybody could give me about how to start a topic and how I can get KAEL would be very much appreciated thank you!

Hello, Scarlet Cross. 

If you want to start a new game and select Kael, you need to connect your current account to Plarium ID (you can use any email for that purpose). Then log out of your account and create a new one using the Touch to start button on the main screen. Please visit the official forum of Raid: Shadow Legends. To start a topic on the forum simply click on 'Start a new topic' button at the top-right corner.

Zoilasc, please contact our technical support department via the game (Settings -> Guide -> Support) so that they can better assist you with this.
