The account if unregistered, utilizing Google, Facebook or Plarium ID.. can only be accessed then utilizing the same device.  If you had started another base, or an update occurred.. currently I am not sure of any way to recover the base.  Unless a CM sees this and knows of a solution, I would attempt to access the game however you did previously.. and register it one way or another :)

I do hope you can recover it..

There is a few different techs to upgrade, and buildings.  Obviously upgrading your Drop Zones will increase your rations production, now the other building would be the Control Tower.. This building reduces "Consumption" or how much they "eat" lol had to make that play.

Next under Tech.. their is the tech tree "Economy" .. this as well then has 'ration consumption (mech)' and all other classes of units.  Raising this tech will make it to where they use less rations.

I think a lot of players playing for awhile live in the negative rations.  This is part of the strategy.  You do not lose units when you hit zero, therefore use any raided rations quick before they are wasted :)

2 days ago I had to uninstall the app. When i reinstalled it, I couldn't connect to Google to log in. I wasn't able to create a Plarium account on my mobile device so Google was the only way I was connected. Now my account is lost. I had bought a few packs, was level 43, and now I can't access it at all. I created a new account just to submit a ticket and was able to create a Plarium ID on a different device. However, your support is still having issues so I can't see any chat dialogue. This morning I looked and now it says my ticket is resolved but I don't see how. Please help. Thank you. 

I'm being advised if you open the ticket via a internet browser the support center is working.

After opening a ticket a lot of the communication is via e-mail.  Please check the email account including the junk folder to see if a response to your ticket is there.. and then let me know.  Thanks.

Also, Commander! The issue was fixed and Help Center works as before.

I don't have much experience with the mercernary facility, however I'm confused by your forum post.  Gold should be being use while in that facility.. it's is gained in certain tournaments, events or in premium packs.

In the mecenery facility a lot of time i don't get nor rewards , no gold nor xp points.
