Really cool Plarium, if you only want to let players with overpowered heroes play in Raid Shadow Legends, then you've done it with the update.

It took me months to finally put together 3 teams that do enough damage on Normal, Hard and Brutal to get the boxes and then this update.

You just do an update and then see what happens, it's really cool. I hope you get your money's worth.

You should work on the numerous bugs instead

Honestly, I'm trying my best to restrain myself so that after the update I don't start writing very bad words and "wishes" to the developers. Let's start with Wixwell. 6 clan boss, my damage dropped by about 4-6 times. Now the damage of my pack with Wixwell is at the level of Ankill in top gear. And of course, can I say what the problem is? And I'll explain, the problem is that I'm in a weak clan, and thanks to me and other clanmates, we took two chests from 6 instead of one. And now if my clanmates have worse gear than me or other heroes are not like me, someone's everything broke, and someone now has two keys instead of one. Trunda. Of course, on YouTube, the "developer hamsters" managed to pull the wool over people's eyes about Trunda still being top imba and beating everyone and everything. Yes, there were those who clarified some details, but most people missed this fact. The fact that in the videos, Trunda is 6 stars and she is dressed in top gear from the best DD on the account from the test server. And if you dress her in average gear, then voila, Trunda is now a piece (you get what). In general, a warehouse.

You have completely killed my desire to continue playing, I may not have invested millions in the game - but sometimes I bought packs.

I do not have Trunda. I did not play Hydra in packs with "shield stacking", but I scored 400,000,000 with three teams. Now I am scoring 140,000,000.

From clan bosses, to be honest, the loot was pathetic. And now without chests from the Hydra tournament - nothing at all.

So everything is simple, go to hell Plarium. Play such a game yourself. There are many projects. And you will not get my money anymore.

I played the game for more than two years.

they just wiped out all midgames players i feel like im back 4 months earlier ... really have regrets .. should ve never spend a single coin on it ! The good point is that we ll have time for something else ^^ 

It's a shame about the wasted time and money.

thats exactly why i want a refund they clearly let us choose a product, buy it and then they juste modify it as they please and encourage peoples to spend more time and ressources to recover from the loss ... pure scamming !! 

and the fact that they not even compensate even a little by themselves say  :" we gonna extract you the more we can before this games die !"  they just don't care about their game, they will just scam a maximum of whales until the games die and then they ll move forward to another " business " ^^

Good job, selling new OP Champs for hydra, after you destroyed all other teams and you really hope, that the players are so dump to give you again money? I really will never spend 1 cent to our company. I am done with this game.

There will be thousands of idiots who will buy that heroes. It is thanks to them that Plarium lives and allows itself to mock players.

You can organize anti-advertising, Instagram, Facebook, X.

I don't use these social networks. They are blocked in Russia. And using workarounds is not my thing.

thx a lot for this shitty new hydra-mode. not 1 of my team work now and I spend more than 6 month, hundreds of dollars and effort into it and you kill it in 2mins - so you lost 1 customer who was willing to pay 50-100 dollar a month. This make complete no fun and it is worthless to get for something, build it and you come around the corner and complete destroy it. Really thanks, now I could use this money for other games.

The changes just put my account back to the begining great way to loose players im done !

This update proves Plarium doesn't care about the players or the actual issue. I finally built teams that were competing in Hydra. Not cheap Trunda teams, etc...actual teams that i put my own work into...not something I had a calculator build and did no real work myself. Now those teams are a waste, and the teams in my clan doing billions...well they are still doing billions. Nice work Plarium.

You spout false information about wanting to fix overpowered teams, then only kill the little man. There was no need to change hydra completely. Like many others I am on the verge of leaving. Loyalty to my clan is the only thing keeping me here. I won't be spending any more money on this game though. 

Way to destroy your fan base and any loyalty you had left from longtime players Plarium. Your company is an absolute joke.

Having read all the comments to this point, I believe Plarium that you have a MAJOR problem on your hands.

I will speak of what I have more than a passing knowledge of (but less than a qualified lawyer)...Australian Consumer Law.

You have sold shards, books, energy packs etc to achieve champions that achieved certain things in your game, after getting that money, changing it so they don't do those things, lied about it, offered no refunds. 

That is fairly obvious Consumer Fraud here......ok, you're not based in Australia, think you're beyond the Law? The Directors of your Parent Company (who ARE based in Australia) could conceivably be charged, prosecuted and sentenced PERSONALLY. I wonder....are they even aware of what you've done?

I'd suggest some sleepless nights are awaiting for Plarium Execs if this disaster is not reversed, or remedy via refunds.
