RAID Digest (14.07.23)

Hello everyone! While the party of Arbiter's chosen is heading to fulfill her bidding and getting ready for the final showdown in the Tower, let's turn our attention to other ambitious and epic events unfolding in Teleria. Welcome to our RAID Digest!

RAID: Shadow Legends Goes to the Epic Games Store

Starting with the most epic event of all, we plan to release RAID on Epic Games Store next week. So if you have friends who use this game distribution service but do not play RAID: Shadow Legends yet, that's an excellent opportunity to invite them to join you.

New Boss Akumori the Phantom Shogun

Here are some tricky nuances:

  • The Phantom Shogun only uses his A4 Skill [Wraith Javelin] if his Shade counter is 10 or higher. We consider changing the skill description to reflect that better.
  • Akumori doesn't necessarily target the Champion under the [Enfeeble debuff] all the time, but the enfeebled Champion becomes a high-priority target, all other things being equal. For instance, the boss might prefer to attack a Champion whom he expects to kill one-shot instead. In a way, those target preferences are similar to those of the Demon Lord.
  • There is a bug with Akumori's A2. The [Enfeeble debuff] that he lands on a single target with his A2 or A3 cannot be removed, resisted, or blocked. However, the [Enfeeble debuffs] that Akumori spreads with his A2 are also currently irresistible and unblockable, whereas they shouldn't be. We will fix this bug and thus make the boss slightly more forgiving.
  • The animation of Shogun’s Passive skill [Shroud of the Shogun] happens before the animation of his A4 [Wraith Javelin] attack on a single target. The fix for this visual bug is planned for the next major update.

Other Bug Fixes

We've noticed that our new bad boy Valkanen's skill [Malice Unleashed] contains a bug: the target's ATK doesn't properly calculate into the skill's damage output. We plan the fix it in the nearest future.

New Activities will Start Counting Toward Clan vs. Clan Tournaments

Starting from the next major update, you'll start receiving CvC points for the following activities:

  • Victories in the Sand Devil's Necropolis
  • Victories in the Iron Twins Fortress
  • Victories in the Phantom Shogun's Grove
  • Victories in Live Arena
  • Obtaining Perfect Souls
  • Ascending Artifacts and Accessories

Please note that those activities will not grant CvC points at least during the next CvC Tournament, which will feature Personal rewards, by the way.

That's it for today's RAID Digest. Stay safe and healthy and have a fabulous weekend!

e che lo scrivete a fare? che le nuove attività non maturano punti per la cvc che verrà... Ci sarà un altro grosso aggiornamento? cosa state introducendo?

and what do you write it for? that new activities do not accrue points for the CVC to come... Will there be another big update? what are you introducing?

Thank you for asking!

Many players plan their CvC Tournamens in advance, so it might be useful for them to know that certain activities start gaining points towards CvC at some point in the future and so they can adjust their resource management tactics to maximize output.
