been playing this game for a couple years and I often get disgusted by the way people talk in the chat and was wondering how to apply to the mod team?
Changes in the Shield buff
Hey, everyone!
Since we are seeing a lot of questions regarding the recent changes in the way Shields work, we would like to elaborate on where we stand on this one right now.
The reason why we changed the mechanics in the first place is that we wanted to grant more value to stronger shields and not let weaker shields override them (we had been receiving requests to make this change for a while). However, it appears now that the modification that was implemented with the 3.40 patch release has resulted in certain deviations when using specific shields-bearing champions in some locations.
The change was supposed to make our game experience more comfortable and shields more effective. That's why we will implement a fix in this area in 4.0 patch release, which we plan to launch in the next week or so. What we are going to change with the next release: if a champion has a 1-turn-duration shield on, this shield will be replaced with a new one that lasts more turns. In all other situations, the shield with a bigger value will prevail.
We will keep working on improving this area to make sure that the shields replacement algorithms work most efficiently.

I know people ask about shield stacking and about shields in general so its good that Plarium (RAID) is going to address the mechanics surrounding shields
because when you have a couple artifact sets with shields and champions with shields all in play its nice to know that all is working as intended

Hoping the issue with Miscreated Monster will be fixed soon, it was my main char beating the scarab king and now useless.

I was wondering why my Miscreated wasn't able to beat Scarab. What went wrong with him? Mine can't hold his shield and then everyone but him dies. He can live and beat the boss but it can take an hour as boss steals heal occassionally and it times out by then so no credit.

There is a video on youtube from Stew, MM is weak afinity and his shields proc when diing damage. As said before, hoping they will change this behaviour.

You see guys,no neet to be always salty,if enough people adress the bug or mistake they will fix it,it is faster than just brag in the coments and cry how your Monster or what ever is now broken,easy and steady this game is gonig in right direction,just a litle bit faster with dupe system and it will be fine

And all the while they leave MM broken, the more $$ they rake in from players buying more resources to level other champs to do the same job MM was doing so they can continue to progress thru DT. Unethical business practices as usual.
