IMO, this is the fastest way clans grow better instantly(if your clan is in the same category/tier ours is)

We have a good 10 people who score 40-150k on CvC & the other 5 are decent at 20-40k.

Our top 10 members can 3-key NM CB & the other 5 members can 3-key brutal, give or take.

It seems our bottom 15 are sub-par and scoring under 10k CvC.

I am trying to get something going where we merge our top players with your top players, we still keep our clan leader(Redmayyne), you keep your clan leader.

The 2 co-leaders collaborate on either discord channel and can discuss objectives/goals between the 2 divisions. The division members can hop around discord and chat with members of both squads
