Same here, celphone works fine but PC can´t load the Plarium Play app...
Can´t find a working installer. At website cant download a instailer.

apparently, the are having issues. This is what i was told:
As per official Plarium communiqué:
"Raid: Shadow Legends Official #announcements — Today at 9:41 PM
@everyone Guys, we are currently experiencing technical issues with Platinum Play (sic).
Don't worry, we know about the issue and working on a solution"

Loading refused. Help says to check my internet. WRONG I played and did loads of things online but Plarium play refused to load. It has been 2 days and I've remove all things Raid and downloaded new and same result GAME REFUSES TO LOAD and when you tried to leave it REFUSES.

Still unable to load the PC Plarium play and what ever it is that loads GETS STUCK.

I loaded raid on my phone specifically because the laucher for pc did not work. It would not launch on the cell phone either. so currently out of the game until the launcher is corrected.
