Error at login

i cannot login to my account over Bluestacks


i

Its a new instance of Bluestack and a new installation of the app Raid Shadow Legends. I allways cleared the cache but it will not work.


Plz help.

Yes. Two days ago, the program had the very same error page like this on my phone. THE WHOLE DAY. Tried through 4G. When arrived home, worked via WiFi.


Today from the very start not loading just with the same error page. No matter if I try to connect via WiFi or 4G.


It's VERY FRUSTRATING when you're in a middle of a championship/tournament, and because of the continuous problems, all your achievements are gone totally. Hours of work for NOTHING.


And as I read, I'm not the only one with this problem.


Tried everything. Connected to other WiFi networks. Reinstalled the app. Cleared cache. Restarted the phone. Nothing works.


I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T with Android 11.


Please correct the continuous problems, or I'll have to delete this game. Again. I was a relatively high spender in my region, but had to delete the game because of problems like this. I gave another chance, but I really don't know why...

It seems to me, that the game works on ONLY the one network, that it have been downloaded from. Nothing else.


Tried with Huawei tablet. The same problem occurs.


I use this game mostly for stress relief and do not want to bring my damn ThinkPad everywhere i will be bored.

It seems to me, that Plarium don't really know what causes the problem, and want to resolve it by suggesting everyone an other - maybe working, but by far not the best - solution.


Like you saying: "You know? You don't have to go with car. Your feet are pretty good for this task."

I'm not a plarium employee, I'm a volunteer who is trying to help you find a way to play while Plarium figures it out.

Didn't mean to offend you. I just supposed, that a MOD on a forum like this could be some kind of channel to the developers. The "Support" function also not working so I cannot reach them anyway.

We report it for you, then Plarium checks on the details and tries to fix. Thanks for your report, and letting us know it seems to only work on the network it was downloaded from. Weird for sure.

After that, Harbby and I try to make suggestions about how to make it work for you, at least in the short term.

When people have problems like yours, often using a VPN like Windscribe helps them. I frequently use Bluestacks to run Raid, and don't seem to run into these same problems. Perhaps you could give one of those a try and let me know if you are still having problems?
