The function isn't working on this account. I have tried on 3 other accounts and it works fine. I have tried across 4 different devices on this account and cannot get it to search. I keep getting a support window pop-up. This has gone on for the last 2 days.
I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling the game and plarium play. nothing has cleared this up yet.

I cannot respond to your DM due to your settings, but the UM number you send me was only half of your number. Can you resend with the full number? Should be able to go to info and COPY ID from inside the game,
