Any update on fixing this? I have spent thousands of dollars on this game. I am at a point of going through the process of requesting a full refund at this point due to seller negligence and moving on from the game. There's just been way too many issues and I have been more than patient with all of them. It has been DAYS since this first issue occurred for Mac users. You leave us all in the dark. There is a fair allotted time to fix an issue and it's almost reaching the end of the week now. If I need to go through my attorney and your legal team, so let it be, but I would rather solve this amicably and hope you guys do the right thing. It's the seller's responsibility to provide a working product for the paying consumer. Technical issues may occur but you and I know that we've had our fair share and we have been extremely patient. At level 100, you know that I have been through it all.
Before launching a new patch or game extension, don't you guys thoroughly test it on PC, Mac, etc etc? I would think that is standard SOP for developers. Anyhow, I need a time frame on when this will be fixed. If you don't see it being fixed in the very near future, please ask your developers for my request for a full refund. I really don't want to have to go through contacting the Google store customer service, BBB, FTC amongst many others and make this a huge issue. I pay a lot of money for this game. I expect to PLAY and enjoy it, this is not what I am paying for. I hope to hear from you today.
