Hi guys, having stupid long load times leading to server failed to load.. off chance i get in it takes 20 seconds after a dungeon run to load and then usually server crashes..i have tried both my 1gigabit commection and 4g.. no matter what it's the same..
really over this and if it's not fixed soon i will have to force refund..
By using a vpn i can play no problems which is stupid and needs fixing..
You using VPN on your PC or phone to get it to work?
server connection error the last 2 days very hard to login and when I do login after 20 atempts I get server connection error, its unplayable and very frustrating
Most of our players that have access through SEA servers (namely Australia) have issues connecting to the game.
Temporary fix would be using VPN.

We are also trying to solve this issue permanently and it would be of great help if you could fill out this form if you are having difficulties accessing the game.
