The issue started since the latest update. One of my accounts runs fine, while the other mostly freezes during the initial loading. If it does eventually launch it is painfully laggy (30sec - 2 mins every time i try to do anything). I have tried:
Both laptop and android phone
Reinstalling the app (phone)
Clearing cache
Running VPN
Nothing has worked. Please help

Same problem happening with me but on my Paid account and FTP account. I have reported it and they give me the same BS to check. Cant finish my dailies and this is has been going on four three days now. four members of my Clan have the same problem. I wish that Plarium would just acknowledge this problem so we know they are working on it.

Yeah, support is non-existent. All I have gotten are automatically generated responses telling me to try the things I have told them I have already tried. I doubt they even read the tickets

the screen shot below shows the issue that hapens all the time. It then hangs then for a minute or two. I hit continue and the issue repeats itself. I have high speed wifi, a high performance PC and have completed al the recommended changes and no difference. Both app and PC platforms have the same issue.
My ither acct on an older phine ando PC woks fine. I have in fact swapped b oth accounts arouns the probem follow my acct, and mt other account dpoesn't wokr on this pc / ap. SPO clearly not a client side / hardware problem.
