Glad I found this post.... Been trying to get support for about 7 hours now and no reply. I even sent an email to the marketing manager for HellHades as he rocks. Shameless plug, but hoping he can light a fire for us. We are missing a big chunk of the holiday time after spending $$$. This is my first crash in a year so cant be too upset - wait spent $about 250 in last 3 weeks getting ready for this weekend... I can be upset! Ok- any help would be good.
