New update (today) wrecked my game

So I was playing the game this morning, and everything worked fine. Then post noon, the game has an update. Played one round and the game froze. Forcing me to hard quit and restart the game. But the problem is now, I can’t get past the authentication screen to the main game. An error message appear, offering to re-logging. Tried that. Still the same. Left the game to come back three hours later, and the problem persists. Anyone else having the same issue here? I’m based in Germany if that helps.

I have the same problem on my phone. I also can't delete the game and reinstall it which seems like a way to fix the issue because i will lose all my progress since i didn't link the game to my plarium account. Contacted the support but it was totally useless.

I have my account linked. So do you think this might remedied the issue? Also, are you also base in Germany?

Same here... been trying to login for the last 12 hours....

How do you check if the game is linked to this account again? And If so does the link store your game data, right? I’m thinking of deleting the game and reinstalling it, and I don’t want to delete my game data in the process.

Hi. I have the same issue since the latest update. I have as well a android device. I am also located in Germany. It would be nice to receive any feedback from plarium/raid officials regarding the game status and access. 


Please find here screenshots of the loading problem. Below the resign button there seems to be some kind of error code.

I have since deleted and reinstall the game on iOS. Work perfectly fine, all data were saved from their server. However, since I played again today - 12 hours after the problem first arise. It is now bugged me out. I can’t get past the authentication screen. Yet again. Raid developers, please sort this out. It’s incredibly frustration if I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the game every time I quit out.

Well, it’s up to you. But it worked for me yesterday. It might not work TODAY. so yeah, maybe chill out. Since we’re all in the same situation here.

PC version works for me


(i ve being screwed anyway for chamion training tournament)

Okay so another quick update. I have just delete the game. Left to eat some food for 40 mins. Come back, reinstall. And it’s now loading. All 130 files are currently being transferred. You can try it again but don’t be accusing me of telling people BS if it doesn’t work for you. Good luck!

Hello boys n girls!


I had problems installing new update, went around the app and checked in settings u have a button saying "clear cache" once u clear it, it should kick u off ur login / clear it / install update and work peachy afterwards.


I am not entirely sure that we have/had same problems but if its still malfunctioning 4 u u might try this since when u are uninstalling the game and installing it back there is the thing of asking you to keep game data or not and usually ppl want to keep the data so it does not do the trick after reinstall aka basically kicks you in back to same thing that was before.


I hope this helps as we all are ADDICTED to clicking :D

Hello. Same Problem here on PC.
1- Close the game.
2- On the Plarium platform, I clic on option then "clear the cache"
3- The P. Platform close itself, then relaunch (I had to re-log adress mail+psswrd)
4- On the Library, I can see the game is now donwloading the update.
5- launch game when its done. Game will load after the buff, (13 sub-updates during the loading screen)

Husband and I are having the same issue on mobile. Waiting for the PC client to finish... Tried uninstalling, blah blah, clearing cache. Nothing. And support was not helpful. Anyone have any updates?



**UPDATE: PC client version is doing the same thing. Sending in another ticket......

I have the same issue on my Mac.  The reset worked on one machine but not the other.  Crashes while "re downloading" the game from polarium play.

Got the same issue. A delete and reinstall doesn't work. But a delete of the cache worked (even if the app is freshly installed). Coincidence or solution, I don't know, but it worked for me. (My account was linked, other way I would have lost everything)

Clear cache gets you back into the game and playing, but it seems you have to clear cache every day to play. My question is why are we not getting any responses from Plarium. There should be a moderator giving us help. If I have to continue to clear cache each time I want to play, I guess I will cancel my 4 accounts and stop playing. This is sad, as I believe we all like playing this game.
