Same here, can log in on the phone but no games played on the pc

Same here for both me and my partner! It works on the phone app fine, but not Plarium Play. 

Logged into my account and everything, says no games played. Can't even uninstall and reinstall as it asks to delete all game info or not. If yes, will we ever get account back and if no will the error keep happening?

I was getting that issue yesterday and I cleaned it up this morning following these instructions

Please try reinstalling the application by following these steps:

- open the command line with the Win + R key combination;

- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;

- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \;

- delete both folders - Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller;

- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for a quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;

- after deleting all folders and files that consist plarium, reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.

One thing I will note off of this, when you go to uninstall Plarium Play, do not leave any data behind or this will not work.
