hi, I also have the same problem, from the pc everything works while from the smartphone it freezes to the loading screen, help me please

• Same issue.  PC works both Plarium Play (official app though this website) and also via BlueStacks (Android emulator). However the mobile device will hang up on loading screen about 20% bar with text in bar "Signing In". On phone have force stopped, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled application twice. Still wont log in from mobile android phone. Have manually logged out from PC and repeated phone uninstall and reinstall without success. Can still log back into and play account from PC.
