Hello,

Since yesterday the game won't start on my mobile device. It freezes at the loading screen ("authenticating") every time.

I've tried reinstalling the game, restarting my device, running it at WiFi, VPN and mobile connection. None of this matters, it freezes every time. I also do not receive any messages from the game anymore.

Since yesterday (before the freezes happened) I've installed the PC client (did not run it - but changed my Plarium password because I've forgot the old one).

I've also ran a couple of campaign runs on Bluestacks emulator. The thing is, the game still runs fine on Bluestacks. It just won't start on my mobile device, which is my most frequently used device.

I'm sure the problem has to do with something of the above.

Anybody know this issue and possibly have a fix for this?

Have you tried to log out of your mobile device seeing that you changed your password on another device?

I'm not sure what you mean by "logging out of your mobile device". I can't get into the game, so there is no way to log out. I did log in into my Plarium account (with new password) on my mobile device, but that did not change anything.

im having issues at 4am I was able to log in on my android tablet running off the home WIFI and carry out clan boss attack, I then drove 30 minutes to work and switch to hotspot which is what ive done for months now however when loading server config it times out and has the error pop up

ive tried turning off wifi and turning it back on, restarting tablet, force stopping the game, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it as the last resort and all options tried same issue with the game timing out at loading server config - im taking that its not connecting to the server that your server is down

this is frustrating the crap out of me ive tried reloggin in every 15 - 30 minutes still the same timing out issue

My problem is solved.

Maybe other users with the (exact) same problem as I had, can try this.

I am using 2 gmail accounts, both also registered at Google Play Store.

One of these accounts is also registered at Plarium. I removed the gmail account which is not registered at Plarium completely from my mobile device. Then I removed RAID. Made sure my other gmail account (which is registered at Plarium) was active at Google Play Store.

Then I reinstalled RAID, and got it working again.

Hopefully this will help other users with similar problems as well.

Hello. I was like a few points away from getting JingleHunter from dungeon diver event. Is there any possibility to get him? Since i needed only a few points and because of some loading screen freezes time runned out and i wasnt able to get those points for JingleHunter. That would be like a question of few minutes to get those points. I wasnt just enought fast because of those freezes.
