I've uninstalled Plarium Play, deleted everything related to Raid off my computer, every single file and folder installed for the game or Plarium Play, and reinstalled it completely fresh. Still no luck. I'd love a solution.

These are the instructions I received from support:
Clear the Plarium Play cache (Settings > System Preferences > Reset cache > Click "Clear Now")
Delete Plarium Play using Control Panel or "uninstall.exe" file from the folder where Plarium Play is installed. Reinstall the app from the official website: https://plarium.com/
Install updates for your OS and GPU drivers.
If it does not help, ask the player to submit a ticket cause we need the log files from PP to check everything.

I'm not actually sure what the process of submitting a ticket is. I got the ticket submitted but how will they get ahold of me? I don't check the email assosciated with this much.
They should get back to you at the email on your account, so your best bet is to check it every now & then.
