Pretty close to my issue. I got the game uninstalled, but now can not load due to .NET>> error tried  to download Net for Win 10 will not download or if it does it will not install no msg just nothing happens 

i have had all kinds of diagnostics  dell my internet provider   and it was working left for 2 hours came back got my msg  net framework is installed 

needs to be installed  but it is in puter latest version

I have just received the same .NET error message... I have tried framework 3.5, 4.8.1, 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0, as well as installing the unity engine as a whole and nothing has worked. I have checked dbug logs and file versions as well as the down to the last dependency... I don't know what else I can try
