The same problem since this morning, changing google DNS re/installing didn't work. Only a VPN helps, but the internet connection is extremely slow :(

Тоже проблема с загрузкой, такое же сообщение. Может меня заблокировали? Непонятно правда за что?! Может за то что пожаловался, что не получил 20 бутылок энергии за 81 уровень?

Try a VPN. Unfortunately internet/connection related issues will not result in support giving you a refund.
Alternatively you can post more details of the issues you're facing, preferably with screenshots of any errors etc.

2 дня уже получаю такую же ошибку и не могу войти в игру. Впн не помогает. Позавчера всё работало нормально. Это как-нибудь лечится?
Пробовал чистить кэш, переустанавливать игру, перезагружать роутер
