Email/Support Ticket Response Time

Hi,  I raised an email/support ticket earlier regarding the game not loading for the last 20-30 mins of the champion training tournament which has unfortunately made me miss out on top spot.  I dont have a ticket ID for this but my username is MattyBrand and my ID is um134951765 | 129756404

Can someone please get back to me re this email/ticket asap?  

It is highly frustrating to put a lot of effort and funds into the champion training tournament to lose out due to connection issues which only existed for the last 20-30 mins of the tournament and then worked again perfectly after it was finished and i need to discuss whether to refund the payments i made to go towards the tournament as i feel the technical issues have screwed me over a bit to be honest and left me out of pocket.

It might take time for support to get back to you on this - if they already haven't. Unfortunately, you're going to have to work with them on this as we can't affect reply timing via the forum.

Oh so its not just me, the game is legitametly slow... Hmmm
