Email/Support Ticket Response Time
Hi, I raised an email/support ticket earlier regarding the game not loading for the last 20-30 mins of the champion training tournament which has unfortunately made me miss out on top spot. I dont have a ticket ID for this but my username is MattyBrand and my ID is um134951765 | 129756404
Can someone please get back to me re this email/ticket asap?
It is highly frustrating to put a lot of effort and funds into the champion training tournament to lose out due to connection issues which only existed for the last 20-30 mins of the tournament and then worked again perfectly after it was finished and i need to discuss whether to refund the payments i made to go towards the tournament as i feel the technical issues have screwed me over a bit to be honest and left me out of pocket.
