Mobile cannot connect to server following an update.

Every Thursady following an update, I am unable to connect to server when loging in on my Mobile App. I try to log-in with my phone, it's been hours since the maintenance update, but I can't logon on because it "can't connect to server." I have decent internet (AT&T mobile). I try the trouble shooting methods (clear cashe, clear data, re-install game) but nothing works. The only thing that fixes the problem is when I get home from work and I connect to my Verizon WIFI. Could this be a bug with AT&T mobile? If so, it only occurs following an update and only continues until I connect to WIFI.

It's certainly possible that it's an issue between your mobile internet provider and Raid servers. 

Is this persistent after every update, out of curiosity, or only sometimes?
