Crashed twice today and lost keys. The game keeps saying to you want to report it it, of course yes. But you still lose keys and energy.

After a battle, especially multi-battle, it crashes.  It will decrease the number even if I didn’t battle.  I have 200 more for campaign battles to complete the monthly quest....it has taken me many many days just to get the last 100, don’t know long it will take me to get that 200...it has crashed over 100 times since....was really starting to like this game, but since the last update I cannot get my quest finished or any battle without having to restart and lose the energy.  I noticed more players are having the same issue, is there anything in the works to fix this?
