Is there a way to set up raid on a Windows 10 PC for accounts that are not Admin? 

My Dad installed the game a long time ago and it worked fine for me.

Then for a while we had to reinstall it every time the game updated because the installer installs the game under his user when he authorizes it as an Admin despite us being logged in as my account.

Now it won't event install/launch anymore.

Removing it and reinstalling doesn't help.
