May I ask where you're located? From what I'm seeing this is largely (if not completely) an NA issue at the moment. Can you try a VPN? 

I'm in Texas.  What is NA issue?  No VPN.

I am from mid Texas and having same issue since yesterday.  Waiting for level 2 tech support after 4 emails with level1  Tried VPN from USA and Singapore but still can't log in

same issue, on both Andriod and PC, stuck at "loading server configs" with the waiting for response bar at 100%, then tells me to check my internet. My internet is fine, multiple other games work, you tube works, multiple streaming serves work.

Same in here uninstalled and installed back dont load in IOS and PC

This seems to be a Texas related issue, as far as I can tell. Likely related to ISP and from what I can gather - not an expert - should clear up in a few days. 

I know VPN isn't working for everyone, but I know of it working for quite a few folks, so give that a shot please. 

access via VPN Germany worked late yesterday and today VPN isn't needed at all

Well, the stuck at "loading sever configs" resolved on the 21st, worked fine until the 26th and now it's doing it again. Plarium support says it's not them. (Despite them sending in-game gifts and saying it was them). But now back to the same stuck at "loading server configs"

I'm also in Texas. Not sure what the issue is but this is getting old

OK fine I'll address the elephant in the room. Did those of us the live in Texas upset someone at Plarium? 😂

The same issue has reoccurred starting yesterday, vpn or no vpn, the gane wont load.  Yes I am from Texas as well.  Funny I spent $50 buying game items and now I can't even use them.  Are they going to resolve the Texas isue or not?

Funny was able to log in using my mobile hot spot, so clearly this is somehow internet related
