I would like to know who to contact regarding the loss of ridiculous amounts of CB keys due to the game crashing when loading in. It’s so frustrating and it seems to be happening more and more. I use an iPad Air version 2 not more than 12 months old so the hardware is adequate.

This game crash on loading the Clan Boss is a major issue. I have raised multiple tickets over this.And had the game send a report of the loss each time.
In the last three weeks I have now lost 34 Clan Boss Keys across two accounts. This includes 5 within the past 24 hours. This is beyond frustrating at this point. It really is pushing the limits of patience with this game. I am the leader of a small clan and this is impacting my support of new players in helping them feel that they are achieving by gaining Clan Boss rewards.
This should be a priority fix. Once this has been rectified, then you can push your microtransaction Events. Until then, I, and other players feel that spending real money would be a waste.
