I will save you a lot of time with this data gathering, which isn't necessary.
1) screenshot of a black screen ... ;)
2) Most if not all Iphones (no confirmation of ipad users or android users).
3) This is a device issue and not a connection issue. Wi-fi or direct mobile connection doesn't have any change to the result. Even connecting to a different wifi will provide the same result.
4) restarting the device doesn't work / uninstalling and reinstall the software doesn't work / some workarounds with airplane mode has worked for a small number, but not everyone.
5) User ID unfortunately won't help in these cases of applying a hotfix, unless people are being directly compensated (which isn't needed).
Also I'm not sure if providing the players user ID (from their game client, would be a violation of GDPR), so you may want to double check that one :)
I'm at work, so no wifi (well not for mobile devices). I had no issues this morning at home on my wifi. Reading a few other threads.. it appears that it might be cellular related.
If I disable cellular and run the game, I get the splash screen with the option to "re-login" or "support", when I enable the wifi, it immediately goes to the black screen for a second and then crashes.

I have not been able to connect to the game in over 2 days now. I just reached lvl 60 and am a clan leader of a full clan. I was in the process of completion of the newest fusion legendary. Completed the campaign on Brutal and farming it. Spent lots of money in the game not to mention countless hours.
Like I said I have not been able to connect to the game for over 2 days and have sent requests to tech support along with posting on the facebook page and emailing to tech support with no response.
I am greatly disappointed in not being able to come up with a solution so I am able to get back in game in a timely manner.
Spending my time and money on this game I would like to know how I am going to be reimbursed? Is it plarium's intention to just take the money and run? Does plarium even care about it's customers? As of right now to me it seems like the answer is NO! 😠
