Game crashes

Im having trouble with the game constantly crashing.  I will beat bosses in the dungeon and I lose my energy without receiving any reward.  The game keeps telling me that it can't connect to the server, but my mobile and WiFi connections are working fine.  Can you please respond?  I love playing the game but am losing interest because it doesn't feel like its worth the effort.  Ive got some screenshots if that helps.

I have also had several crashes in the last few days that result in lost energy, gems and of course rewards.  Today I started the dungeon diver event but I am unable to sell items from the "victory" screen. I have to take a break after a few runs and go to into inventory and sell from there.

Same here. Several crashes every day. Plarium get your shit together and fix this already!

At least rework the energy debit to be at the end of a battle (win or lose).  It seems silly to send an energy debit to the server at the start of a battle when you have known issues with game crashes during battles.  The customer is paying for the energy (in many cases), you are taking the revenue, and not providing the service (i.e., the crashes resulting in no battle credit).

Can’t start the game on IOS after patch 1.9. 

Black screen and then it crashes.

Yeap I'm having the same problem when the new update was applied. With the previous patch everything was fine. So this could be an iOS problem, which may be affect some if not all iOS users. I'm currently on an Iphone X with the latest iOS update.

Same here 2 IOS devices now in black screen after update.  User: 8480664

Well whatever was done on the server side of the game, it's now finally resolved. It appears there was a possible authentication issue with the game connecting to the game servers to allow the files to be effectively applied.

I still can’t connect... so I doubt that anything has been solved. That is the longest time of “issue” solving I’ve ever seen (((

Yeah I spoke too soon, it's now black screening on startup again.

The downside to the fixes, it may require a new file to be uploaded to the app store. So they may already have the file ready, but they have to go through the Apple processes. So that is the reason it can take a bit longer than intended unfortunately.


So just keep trying to through the day and keep checking the store page for any possible new updates.

Any word on a fix?? Can’t even get to a screen to file a support ticket.  Just blackness.....

Yeah it's still not working correctly. but I'm not sure as to which regional office is responsible for PR/Community, but I do hope we will see some update to this situation.
