AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics 3.80 GHz

RAM =16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)

I am not a technical person and her computer is in Spanish (expat in Argentina). I installed the game on her computer for her, it got to the first fight after the "introduction" and the computer locked up then blue screened, uninstalled and repeated three more times nad same issue. Game works fine on my old potato in the shop (Athlon 2 core and 4 gigs of RAM). My tools are hammers and fire - so if someone could break down the issue like they are talking to a child, that would be amazing for me.
