I have asked this site to repeatedly fix their server issues but they have neither done that nor seen fit to respond to my inquiries. I had a similar problem, I could not connect to the game phone via fixed internet (via WiFi) but it only worked via mobile internet (4G), I received an error that the internet does not work (although it worked very well).
After I made another update to the game, ATTENTION not an update that the automatic game requires, but I searched in Google Play and now it works perfectly.
I suspected that the fixed internet provider restricted access to certain external IPs, including the game server, and it was solved with a simple update to the game.
it would have been nice to be warned about this thing, with an automatic update to the game, such as when a new event is introduced ...
I opened a ticket to the game and I did not receive any answer.
